Math
- Review units of time. Use elapsed time to tell how long something takes
to
do, read a schedule, read a calendar. Test next week.
Science
- Complete study of electricity. A study guide will come home this week.
Please use it to prepare for the test on Friday. Students should know what
is an electric force, how objects with different charges react to teach other,
how two objects with the same charge react to each other, what is an electric
current, identify the parts of a circuit system, identify what happens when
one part of the circuit system is removed, understand the purpose of a
conductor,
insulator, and resistor, identify the difference between a series
circuit
and a parallel circuit.
Social
Studies - Our Government. Students will learn about the purpose of
The
Constitution of the United States of America, the Bill of Rights, learn about
the three branches of government, and how laws are made.
