Habitat for Humanity

This Friday, March 6th, will be dedicated to Habitat for Humanity in our parish. We are asking all students and employees to participate in our “Hats for Humanity” Day by wearing your favorite hat, baseball cap or beanie! Even if you don’t wear a hat, please consider donating a dollar to this very worthy cause.

All proceeds will be donated to Habitat for Humanity for both the EAST and the WEST side of the parish.

Reflections and Safety Poster State Winners

MMS would like to congratulate our PTA Reflections and Safety Poster Contest winners. The Outstanding Interpretation winners will be representing the state of Louisiana in their category and age group at the national level. We are so proud of your hard work students!

Food Drive is This Week! March 2nd - 6th

The Samaritan Center gratefully accepts any non-perishable food items. Items specifically needed this month are: canned beans, canned vegetables, hot ceral, meal mixes, spaghetti sauce, tomato products, canned meats, dry beans, canned/powdered milk, breakfast items, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, shampoo, bar soap, and toliet paper. Thanks in advance for your support.

Whitney Bank Day: Students and teachers made deposits February 10th for Whitney Bank Day. The following students won a gift bag: Holly H. and Aubrey B. Thank you for banking and we will see you at our next bank day on Tuesday, March 10th.
