Literacy Night
          Literacy comes once a year in the Spring. It is a night to do math and science hand on activities along with Lang. arts and technology activities with your family. Moms, dads, and siblings usually attend. About 300-400 people attend. In the cafeteria, pizza and other refreshments are served. At the beginning, a book is shared. All of the night's activities are related to the book. Some activities are easy and some are hard. There is usually an estimation activity. Literacy Night is an opportunity to do math and science activities, comprehension, and have fun with your family.
