Chapter 2 Developing Strategies for Mult. & Div.
Mult. Whole Numbers, Computation Methods and Decimal Patterns is our focus this week. Quiz on Friday. Mult. facts practice speed drills will be given each week. Practice mult. & division facts.
Reading: Unit 2 Friendship. Bridge to Terabithia. Chap. 6 - 8.
Study vocabulary. Test on Friday. The chapters are read in class. Students can take novel home to reread chapters.
SSR (Silent Sustained Reading) - 20 - 30 min. daily in class.
Language - Helping Verbs. Quiz on Friday

Spelling - Unit 15. Four (4) Spelling Activity Choices due by Friday. Try www.spellingcity.com for spelling activities and fun.
Social Studies - Chapter 3 Life in the Eastern Hemisphere. European Explorer reports will be written in class from computer lab research with a presentation.
